Our rates are affordable and our overhead is low. We carefully screen cases, in order to devote extensive time and resources to the handling of each matter.

We are regularly engaged on an hourly fee basis but will also consider, in appropriate cases, engagement on a contingency fee, flat fee, or a modified fee (flat fee plus contingency) basis.

The fee agreement is dependent on the type of matter, the forum involved and the facts of the case. We aim to provide our service under the most cost-effective fee structure for each client.
